ICT project details:

For one of our customers TFC - Talent Force Cooperation is looking for a Senior Designer Voice.

The department on which you will work is responsible for designing, planning, building and maintaining of all voice services. It also provides consultancy to support Sales and Marketing and also provide 3rd line support for service departments.

Function description:
- Investigate request (specials) from sales and report back on cost, development time and feasibility.
- Create feasibility concepts for marketing and sales requests.
- Create detailed designs and document these.
- Working close together with the technology architect on the development on new products or services.
- Deliver input to support current and new strategy, procedures and planning tools.
- Create, evaluate and present RFP"s.
- Identify and give support to solve complex issues which cannot be solved in 2nd and 3rd line.
- Provide training when new products or technologies are introduced in the network.
- Join internal and external meetings to assure that the network design, deployment and that SLA"s are developed and achieved.

Hard

skills:
- Technical HBO degree or showable HBO work level.
- Minimal 5 year work experience in voice telecom (technical and branch).
- Experience in product marketing and product management,
- Experience in the following systems:
◦Genband (CS2K, SST)
◦Acme SBC (4250, 4500)
◦Broadsoft application server
◦Ericsson MSS
- Experience on SIP, SIP-T and SIP-I protocol.
- Experience on Camel and MAP protocol.
- Experience on hosted voice solutions.
- Experience on fixed mobile convergence solutions.
