We are looking for a Junior Product Manager / Product Analyst to join our AI Initiatives team within KPN's Digital Service domain. This is a hands-on role where you will operate within a cross-functional cluster team, collaborating closely with UX design, data, content, process management and engineering disciplines. You will combine responsibilities of a product manager and a technical business analyst, analysing business needs, shaping solution designs, supporting development, and contributing to the delivery of AI-powered products that improve customer experiences.

The role is designed for immediate contribution: you will support the team in analysis, preparation and execution from day one, with a clear development path towards a Medior Product Manager position. The primary focus is on supporting AI initiatives, including AI analysis and documentation for backlog items within the service domain.

You will work across product, customer journey and process domains, maintaining a strong focus on measurable outcomes, customer value and business impact.
