About the role

As a UAT Manager, you will oversee all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Nexora platform and the migration of multiple applications. Your mission is to ensure business requirements and end-user expectations are met by planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive test plans. You will collaborate with migration squads, program streams, and end-users to guarantee a smooth user experience and mitigate risks before production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement UAT strategies, test plans, and scripts for Nexora and migrating applications
• Coordinate with migration squads, program streams, IT, and business segments; lead end-user testing sessions
• Identify and document test scenarios, track defects, and ensure timely resolution
• Provide clear status updates and final results to stakeholders, focusing on risk mitigation and production readiness
• Drive continuous improvement of UAT processes and reporting mechanisms

Your profile

• Proven experience in UAT management for complex platforms and multi-application environments
• Knowledge of test plan creation, defect tracking tools, and testing methodologies
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
